    30 Min EMOM

    Min 1, 12 Burpees. Min 2, 30 Air Squats, Min 3, 5 pull ups. Min 4 30 Thrusters at 20kg.

    Rest 10 Minutes

    20 Min Emom

    Min 1, 12 Wall Balls. Min 2, 10 Box jump over.

    Rest 10 Minutes

    5 Min Armap

    Max Pull ups
