    75 minutes of exercise with breaks. Thrash yourself before the weekend.

    20 Min Amrap

    Max Cals on Air bike

    Rest 5 mins

    With a 15 min time cap

    10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Bench press at 40kg

    2 rope climbs, 12 press ups and 75 Double unders between each round.

    Rest 10 minutes

    In 10 Mintues establish a 3 rep max dealift

    Rest 5 minutes

    10 Min Emom

    Min 1, 15 Wall Balls. Min 2, 15 Burpees
